New challenger Rashid joins Street Fighter V

In case you missed the news over the weekend, Capcom has confirmed that a new parkour-style fighter from the Middle East is joining the Street Fighter V roster. Apparently he can whip up the wind as part of his abilities, as you can clearly see in the media below.
