Square Enix and DONTNOD’s Life is Strange gets dated and priced

Life is Strange is a unique and stylish episodic adventure title by Square Enix and developer DONTNOD Entertainment  (of Remember Me fame) for last and new generation consoles and the PC.

The companies today have revealed pricing for the series, along with the launch date for the first episode.  Those who want to get a taste of Life is Strange and just grab episode 1 can do so on January 30th, 2015 for $4.99.  Gamers who go that route can then pick up a season pass for episodes 2 – 5 for $16.99.  Of course, for those who want to just purchase the whole thing up front, can opt for the $19.99 complete series.  Dates for episodes 2 – 5 have yet to be revealed.

Square Enix and DONTNOD Entertainment today announced the release date of the brand new, episodic, narrative driven adventure game LIFE IS STRANGE that is coming to the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft, the PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system, Xbox 360 games and entertainment system from Microsoft and Windows PC.

Episode 1 of a 5 part series will be released on all platforms on January 30, 2015 and each episode will cost $4.99. Players can alternatively purchase the entire season for $19.99. The PC version will be available for pre-purchase starting today.
