Konami sneaks out a Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes retail price drop

mgs-v-ground-zeros-logoFor all those holding off on playing Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes because of the $30 price tag, Konami has some good news for you. They have officially dropped the price to $19.99 for all boxed, retail versions of the game, regardless of the platform.

Of course the digital PS4/Xbox One versions are still $29.99, so we’re a little confused. But hey, it’s officially cheaper.

As interest continues to escalate for the forthcoming METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN, the new price-point offers users the chance to practice their sneaking skills ahead of Hideo Kojima?s next adventure. The events in GROUND ZEROES dovetail directly into events in THE PHANTOM PAIN.
