Peggle 2 dropping onto PS4 in October

I’ll be honest, since I wasn’t planning on picking up an Xbox One at launch, I felt a twinge of jealousy that Peggle 2 would not be coming to any other platforms for a while. Yes, we knew it was only a timed exclusive like Plants vs Zombies: Garden Warfare, but it didn’t make the pain totally go away.

Thankfully, PopCap Games and EA have finally confirmed that the PS4 version will drop onto the PS Store, fully intact, on October 19th. Yeah Peggle looks simple and goofy, but damn is it super addictive.

Just as in the classic original, Peggle 2 combines elements of pinball, pachinko and billiards and adds liberal doses of whimsy, fun, excitement and challenge ? not to mention rainbows and a fifth of Beethoven.
