Monolith Soft’s Wii U game is officially Xenoblade Chronicles X

xenoblade_chronicles_x_logoxenoblade_chronicles_x_logoRemember that teaser for X from Monolith Soft that looked a lot like Xenoblade Chronicles, their massive RPG loved by the masses on Wii U? Well, there’s a reason for that. During yesterday’s Nintendo event, the official name for the project was revealed as Xenoblade Chronicles X, scheduled to release in 2015. Featuring a customizable main character, the accompanying fact sheet we received states that the game takes place after a “terrible intergalactic war”, featuring “a handful of Earth survivors trying to live in a beautiful yet hostile environment.” Interested yet?
