Welcome to Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, the new “universe” created by Sledgehammer.
Composed entirely of footage “captured on Xbox One”, the trailer capitalizes on the game’s use of exosuits, and features major locations such as Lagos and San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge in a futuristic setting. Along with announcing a November 4th release date, the trailer prominently focuses on Kevin Spacey with an overarching monologue that spans the footage. Considering that Mr. Spacey is hot off season 2 of House of Cards, Activision seems to be keenly aware of how effectively they can use his presence to carry the marketing for this new installment.
