Terraria tops 2.3 million console and mobile downloads

505 Games today revealed that Terraria, their hit, 2D sandbox action-adventure game has dug up over 2.3 million downloads across all platforms.

We had a great time with the PS3, Xbox 360 and PS Vita versions, so we’d like to assume we helped out somewhat.

The game has surpassed 1.3 million iOS and Android full downloads, and the PS3/PS Vita/Xbox 360 versions have added another 1 million to the total.

Terraria mobile has surpassed the significant milestone of one million paid downloads on iOS devices, having now exceeded 1,300,000 combined iOS and Android full-game downloads to date. Terraria across Xbox Live, PSN and PS Vita platforms have a combined download of one million units.
