Little Mac brings plenty of punching power to Super Smash Bros.

And yet another classic Nintendo character has signed up to kick some ass in Super Smash Bros. for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U. Little Mac, who is no stranger to beating up on bigger and badder opponents in the Punch Out!! series, seems like a perfect new addition to Smash. And this evening, thanks to the Nintendo Direct, we get a look at his punching power in action.

Super Smash Bros. Wii U/3DS screens:

Little Mac, the hero of the Punch-Out!! boxing games, will make his first appearance as a playable character in the upcoming Super Smash Bros. game. The game will launch in stores and in the Nintendo eShop on Wii U and Nintendo 3DS in 2014.
