Activision this morning revealed that Marvel’s Kraven the Hunter has joined the cast of villains in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. The Russian strongman will apparently play a critical role in the game as one of Peter Parker’s nemeses.
They also sent over a new trailer showing off a bit more in-game footage of Spidey in action.

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is scheduled for a release sometime this spring for just about every platform imaginable.
This in-game footage gives center stage to story with a revealing look into the world of this super hero sequel, as well as an ominous introduction to one of its central characters: Kraven the Hunter (aka Sergei Kravinoff). Marvel?s infamous Russian strongman ? equal parts charismatic and dangerous ? will play a critical role throughout the game?s narrative, challenging Spider-Man?s code of justice as he traverses the criminal underworld.
