Nearly everything on the store is eligible, and that includes, PS3, PS Vita, PSP, PS4 games and content, movies and more. The credit will be issued in the form of a PSN voucher code which can only be used by the account who earned it.
Think of it this way… if you buy a full-priced PS4 or PS3 game (plus something cheap), you’ll be getting $10 off.
