Pok?mon Origins brings us back to the classic Pok?mon era

With Pok?mon X and Pok?mon Y launching in the very near future, Nintendo is going back to the series’ roots with a new Pok?mon Origins video adventure.

The four-part Pok?mon Origins series will premiere on November 15th on the Pok?mon TV YouTube channel in addition to the Android and iOS App, and will take fans back to the classic Pok?mon tales of Red and Blue.

In celebration of the worldwide October 12 launch of the newest Pok?mon video games, Pok?mon X and Pok?mon Y for the Nintendo 3DS, an animated adventure that takes a look at a classic era of Pok?mon?Pok?mon Origins?begins November 15 only on Pok?mon TV (www.pokemon.com/tv). Pok?mon Origins tells the story of the very first Pok?mon video games, Pok?mon Red Version and Pok?mon Blue Version, including the first steps of our hero Red as he sets off from Professor Oak?s laboratory. As he explores the Kanto region, he?ll encounter Team Rocket, battle his rival, and challenge the Pok?mon League. Pok?mon Red and Pok?mon Blue launched in North America in September 1998.

Pok?mon Origins is a four-part adventure, taking a new perspective on the Pok?mon hero story. The remaining three episodes will be added to Pok?mon TV the days following the November 15 premiere. This can?t-miss opportunity for Pok?mon fans can also be enjoyed on-the-go via the free Pok?mon TV mobile app for iOS and Android devices.
