Monolith Soft’s new game doesn’t have a name, but it does have a trailer

Another fantastic trailer coming out of Nintendo Direct today was a new look at what Monolith Soft, developers of Xenoblade Chronicles, have been working on for Wii U. Still going under the codename of “X”, this new trailer depicts a sprawling, massive open world setting with a bit of tech and fantasy mixed in, not at all unlike the world of Xenoblade Chronicles.

Also depicted were mechs that can be piloted in game, featured in both battles and world exploration. If there’s a game that might sell people on a Wii U console, I have a feeling this is going to be it.
