Halo for Xbox One announced by 343 Industries plus a trailer [UPDATE: Screens]

343 Industries, the team that took the Halo reins from Bungie with Halo 4, announced that there was a new Halo title in the works for Xbox One. Not that anyone was particularly surprised, it was nice to see a little footage in the form of a quick teaser trailer, which we’ve embedded below from the official Xbox YouTube channel.

Not much info given on this one, but it is odd that no one is calling this Halo 5. A spin-off perhaps? We’ll have to wait and see. But in the meantime check out the new trailer below.

Update: Official Screenshots.
