This is fantastic news for both Vigil, a studio that showed a whole lot of promise and talent with Darksiders and the sequel released last year, and for Crytek who now holds studios across North America, Asia, and Europe. Considering the success they’ve had this gen with titles like Crysis 2, the expanded presence in the West will hopefully lead to even better (and more frequent) releases down the road.
Feel free to check out the full press release below, and stay tuned to Gaming-Age for further news and updates related to Crytek and their upcoming projects in future months.
