Journey deeper into Ron Gilbert and Double Fine’s The Cave with new media

Sega over the weekend sent over brand new assets for the anticipated new Ron Gilbert and Double Fine adventure, The Cave. The new media includes screenshots and a character trailer, and are worth checking out if you’re a fan.

SEGA of America is thrilled to release a new trailer for one of their most anticipated games, The Cave. The trailer gives players a firsthand glance into the game and all that The Cave has to offer including a sneak peek at the seven characters you?ll have to choose from to create your team of three. The adventurer, the hillbilly, the knight, the monk, the scientist, the time traveler and the twins help to create a game that is unlike any other, with personalities all their own. Additionally, SEGA has provided a number of new screen shots which capture the many exciting levels that players will encounter as they descend into The Cave on their mission to reach their final goal. The Cave is scheduled for a January 2013 digital release for the PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U and PC.
