Microsoft today announced which Xbox games will be making their way over to Windows 8 when it launches in October. So far, there are around 40 titles from Rovio, Miniclip, Gameloft, ZeptoLab, Glu Mobile and Halfbrick Studios, with 29 being published by Microsoft Studios themselves.
These games, ranging from A World of Keflings to Zombies!!!, will have most of the features currently found in the XBLA and Xbox 360 titles including Xbox Achievements, leaderboards, online play, etc. Some games will be exclusive to Windows 8 also. There is no word on if these games will need to be repurchased if you already own the Xbox 360 versions.
Check out the listing of games that will be available from the Windows 8 Xbox Games app or the Windows 8 Store. They should all be playable on any Windows 8 PC, laptop, or tablet.
