Among them were the 20 international jurors and experts from the world?s leading games media who made up the jury for the gamescom awards 2012. The winners are: Bethesda, Sony Computer Entertainment, Ubisoft, Electronic Arts, Activision Blizzard and Crytec for their innovations. With its hit ?Dishonored ? The Mask of Anger?, Bethesda walked away with three prizes: the Best of gamescom award 2012 and Best Console Game for PS3 and Xbox 360. The jury voted ?Rayman Legends? from Ubisoft as the Best Console Game for Wii and the Best Family Game at the trade show. With its ?Wonderbook: The Book of Spells?, Sony Computer Entertainment not only enchanted gamers, but also the jury, and received the prize for the Best Hardware incl. Peripheral. Sony also took the prize for Best Mobile Game at gamescom 2012 with ?LittleBigPlanet? for the PlayStation Vita. The Best Online Multiplayer Game of the fair was named as ?Call of Duty: Black Ops II? from Activision Blizzard. The prize for the Best PC Game goes to Electronic Arts for its ?SimCity?. Finally, rounding off the gamescom awards 2012, the Best Social/Casual/Online Game is Warface from Crytec. In its verdicts on the winners, the jury made the following statements:

?Dishonored? (Best of gamescom, Best Console Game PS3 and Best Console Game Xbox 360):
?With ?Dishonored?, Arkane and Bethesda have created a wonderful, distorted world. Fantastic graphics join with a great deal of freedom in solving the game. The tools that players have at their disposal make this game something special, while the combination of action and supernatural forces makes it a completely new action adventure.?

?Rayman Legends? (Best Console Game for Wii, Best Family Game):
?This game, which exudes charm and sparkling ideas, offers parents and their children the same top playing fun. It is an incredibly funny gaming experience using the manifold controller options in the Wii U. It features uncompromising old-school mechanisms that are simultaneously unique and animated in a lively fashion.?

?Wonderbook: The Book of Spells? (Best Hardware incl. Peripheral):
?This is precisely what I dreamed of as a child. Harry Potter fans especially will adore the cooperation between Sony and Joanne K. Rowling. This game will certainly be in demand over Christmas and make a great present.?

?LittleBigPlanet PlayStation Vita? (Best Mobile Game):
?LBP Vita finally brings the Sackboys to the innovative handheld. With countless customization options and levels as well as a child-friendly and very cute setting, LBP Vita is the best handheld/mobile game of the trade fair.?

?Call of Duty Black Ops II? (Best Online Multiplayer Game):
?The option of modifying character classes in such detail has produced an enormously refined game feeling. It also comes with tons of new features and great tools for e-sports, multi-team modes and ideas such as live streams to the iPad.?

?SimCity? (Best PC Game):
?With this charming revised version, the developers have struck the right balance between retaining the trademarks of the old parts and making it interesting for beginners. Fantastic graphics, very easy to get into and from the first moment that feeling of having the right game in your hands.?

?Warface? (Best Social/Casual/Online Game):
?Crytek proves in an impressive ner that good things don?t need to cost money and can still look good. A free first-person shooter featuring a level of development and quality that needn?t feel ashamed among top-priced game titles. The face of free-play games of the future.?
