The new trailer for the recently announced follow-up to the ridiculously popular Skylanders depicts CG Skylander characters and doesn’t really show off the game that much, but then again I guess Activision doesn’t really need to sell people on the idea any more.
The promise of larger Skylanders seems interesting enough, and a massively expanded roster of plastic figures to interact with an all-new game is sure to bring the kids running back. But after seeing this trailer, I’m really wondering why there isn’t some sort of cartoon for the series yet? Seems like a natural fit here.
