Batman: Arkham City is coming to the Wii U from Warner Bros., and Rocksteady, with a few new system specific features in tow. This version of the game, dubbed Armored Edition, gives Batman a new suit that absorbs kinetic energy, and allows it to be disbursed through the Wii U GamePad, making Batman a bit more poweful than before.
Along with the new suit, Batman’s arsenal of upgrades and weapons can be accessed through the Wii U GamePad sceen as opposed to a traditional inventory menu on your T.V., and you can also get a bit more control over Batman’s remote controlled Batarangs using the screen on the controller.
Is it enough to warrant playing through Arkham City again? Well, I’m not so sure on that, but it could certainly be the definitive version for new players.
