PS Vita System Software Update v1.65 coming soon

SCEA this morning announced that a new PS Vita System Software Update is just about to be pushed out, and other than a few minor tweaks to the settings, there does’t appear to be much in the way of exciting new additions. There are probably other minor changes here and there, though finding them is sometimes part of the fun. And no, PS one Classics are still not supported.

PS Vita System Software Update (v1.65):

  • A ?Notification Alert? option will be added to Settings, so you can toggle alerts on or off
  • ?After 10 minutes? will be added to the time options under Power Save Settings
  • An Arrow icon will now appear when PS Vita finds new activities in the LiveArea
  • Caps Lock will be supported in the On Screen Keyboard

Download the update via the Vita itself or by connecting it to a PS3/PC/Mac and using the content manager.
